The Pakistani prime minister has warned against the consequences of India’s crackdown in Kashmir in an address at the United Nations. Imran Khan stressed that India must lift what he called the inhumane curfew of Kashmir and release political prisoners. He demanded that the international community take action to give the people in the Muslim-majority Himalayan region the right of self-determination.
