Around a million Palestinians had lived there before the camp was fallen into the hands of foreign-backed militants nearly two years ago. Now, it\'s home to only ten thousand Palestinians.
Efforts to provide the Palestinian refugees with food have failed for several times in the past. This happened due to the fighting between the army and insurgents as well as attacks by the militants on aid convoys.
