Iran says that it has offered a comprehensive package to the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany (P5+1), Press TV reports. Tehran made the announcement after the negotiating sides wrapped up the first session of their meeting in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, on Wednesday. According to sources close to the Iranian negotiating team, the Islamic Republic has not shifted its principle positions. Show Less >>
