Nearly all those who explain Quran from Sunni religion like Ibn Kasir, fakhre Raazi, Sokhani in Tafsir falil al kabir and Alloosi in rouh mani and all Quranic explanation from Ahlul sunnah according to view point all have Ibn Abbas hadith under explanation for this Ayat of Quran.
Ibn Abbas was asked about this ayat in Quran. Ibn Abbas was asked what those words are given to Prophet Adam by which his fault was forgiven.
Ibn Abbas asked same question to Prophet Mohammed (SAWW).
Prophet Mohammed said, Allah showed Prophet Adam words to reach Allah forgiveness and Prophet Adam forgiveness was accepted because of those words which worked as intercession
The words or Khalimah are
“O Allah by Mohammed, Ali, Fatimah, Hassan and Hussain names I request you to accept my forgiveness.
Allah accepted Prophet Adam Forgiveness because of these Personalities. Prophet Mohammed, Ali, Fatimah, Hassan and Hussain.
These names are mentioned when?
First day of Prophet Adam existence.
This is the point that all those who has done explanation of Quran has given and pointed to Ibn Abbas hadith.
All this point to the great status of My Master Imam Ali, successor of Prophet, WASI and WARIS and Leader of all believers.
