The Pakistani Army says at least 35 militants have been killed during military operations by security forces in South Waziristan agency in northwest Pakistan. Official sources told Press TV that the operation against Baitullah Mehsud and Taliban militants is under way in South Waziristan tribal region as the troops have targeted several pockets of the militants in an effort to clear the region.
