Mortar shells have hit several residential areas in the Syrian city of Aleppo causing casualties. Our correspondent in Syria says at least five civilians were killed and some others injures in Slemania, Jamilia and Hamdania neighborhoods. There has been no claim of responsibility. But insurgents have in the past repeatedly targeted civilian areas with rockets to pressure the government. Syrian forces are engaged in fierce battles with militants across the country. Show Less >>
