The corrupt leaders of Quraish sent Abu Talib (a.s) with offers for the Prophet (saww), offering him any amount of wealth, the hand of any lady in Arabia and even the keys to Mecca, which meant complete leadership in exchange for his abandonment of this Message.
At the time of beginning of Islam, there were proposals offered to the Prophet (saw) to give up his message, such proposals of wealth, position and power that may have weakened any other person.
