General public protested against this treatment against their Leader. They chanted slogans in support of Allama Raja Nasir, calling "Nasir e Millat". And these protested chanted slogans against the CM. and his orders. This display of unity and strength by the brave people of the region forced the government to take back its first orders.
According to the SECOND orders, the FIRST orders are NULL and VOID!
