A political analyst says Bahrainis have not lost determination to carry on with demonstrations against the Al Khalifa regime despite its \'immense pressure on the livelihood\' of the people. Amnesty International has called for the release of \'prisoners of conscience\' held in Bahrain\'s prisons. Bahrainis have been staging demonstrations since mid-February 2011, demanding political reform and a constitutional monarchy, a demand that later changed to an outright call for the ouster of the ruling Al Khalifa family following its crackdown on popular protests.
