Iran\'s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has called the West\'s sanctions on Iran over its nuclear program QUOTE totally illegal and illegitimate. In an address to Iranian lawmakers, Zarif also touched on the recent nuclear deal signed between Iran and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany in Geneva. He noted that the content of the deal does NOT mean that Iran recognized the sanctions. After Zarif\'s address, several parliament members took the podium and talked about the details of the deal.
