?Syria\'s deputy foreign minister, Faisal Muqdad says Damascus will attend next round of talks in the Swiss city of Geneva. The negotiations -- aimed at finding a solution on to the nearly three year conflict in the country --are to begin on February 10. Earlier, the foreign-backed opposition had admitted that its delegation will take part in the talks.
