Iran\'s foreign ministry spokeswoman regrets the decision by UN chief to withdraw an invitation from Tehran to attend Syria peace talks. The Iranian official said Tehran has always stressed the Syrian issue should be settled through a political solution with the participation of all Syrian people. She noted that the Syrian people\'s right to determining their own destiny should be respected, adding that imposing any plan by foreign states on Syria will not be fruitful.
